Venera made sterilising & depyrogenation tunnels are manufactured with best quality and great care for reliable and trouble free performance. The hot air laminar flow Tunnel is designed for on-line sterilisation & depyrogenation of any glass receptacle Used by pharmaceutical industry.

As against the depyrogenation ovens, the chances of re-contamination of the glass Container are negligible in tunnels because of short exposure time. The process involved is to convey the glass receptacles by means of conveyor belt through Various zones with different temperature environments for pre-heating, sterilizing and cooling.

Venera made sterilising tunnels are completely automated using plc and MMI ( man – machine interface ) for simple user friendly / menu driven operation & critical data Recording. These tunnels are fully compatible with any standard make washing & Filling machines. And could be integrated with new installation or the existing one.

TUNNEL FEATURES

STERILISING TUNNEL

CX series tunnels specially designed for ampoules with various capacities. the tunnels are energy efficient and suitable for on -line production in conjunction with washing and filling machines. The receptacles are treated with sterile air through entire travel for thermal treatment.

CONTROL SYSTEM

Heat cycle designed for 3 log pyrogen reduction.

DEPYROGENATION CYCLE

The plc along with the M.M.I. controls various process parameters including sterilizing temperature, residential time and to select different ampoule recipes

DATA RECORDING

A data logging printer is interfaced with plc which records hard copy data including temperature inside various zones within the tunnel and speed of conveyor belt.

INFEED / OUTFEED CHUTES

To facilitate integration of the tunnel with washing and filling machines, along with material and overload sensing devices ensuring seamless operation of complete line.
